So adorable, I could just pinch her little cheeks! :aww:
You did nicely with the proportions of the face, as well as the hair line. 
Her eyes are greatly detailed, which looks awesome for anime portrait pictures.
The shading is nice as well.
I like how you took the time to focus on her eyes. They speak for themselves :meow:
In other words... it's magnificent! ;)
